The insert and the Mantel were shipped from 2 different locations so dont worry. The seller will give you tracking for both units. The mantel looks great overall. The wood is finished well and is solid. The faux brick could be better but dont look that bad. The insert works well, looks good and comes with sound. For the price, well worth it.
