good toy , not to loud to annoy neighbours but will annoy you as expected of any sound making toy.single tune so hopefully child will get bored with it quickly and you won't need to remove or replace the batteries.build is as expected of the price range.no nasty smells or sharp edges suitable for 3years and over.

Brought for my great niece who is mad on Elsa. Seeing her face when she opened her present, was such a delight..

We received item yesterday and item was as described but then realised the doll was only singing for 5 seconds which was odd. Realised then after reading reviews that part of the security tag must be still in the doll so it was stuck on demo mode. My partner used a pin to dislodge a small bit that was stuck. Doll now sings for 30seconds and my little one loves it. Glad this was explained in previous reviews before we went through the process of returns. Great!

This is the second time I've bought one of this as a gift and the first time it was received with delight so I'm thinking it'll be the same this time. The doll is good quality and the singing nice and clear. My granddaughter loved it but not so sure about the parents, think they've tried to 'lose' it a few times....

Ordered for English - came in English package - sent to an excited little girl for Xmas …. And Elsa only speaks French. Can’t even return …. Very disappointed
