A good, solid bike carrier, but be advised ...
It feels like a solid bike carrier, and is extremely easy to assemble, but it really sticks out a lot both rearward and to the sides - it's wider than my wife's car (Subaru Forester) so she has to be careful driving on narrow roads/streets and when parking (to go bicycling with her group of friends). The ramp is a good idea, since her eBike weighs about 50 lbs. By the way, this carrier alone weighs about 40 lbs! But be advised that, despite the picture, the straps shown that hold the bike upright on the carrier are NOT included - the instruction booklet says that you have to buy the straps separately - so don't plan on using the carrier as soon as you get it unless you have your own straps on hand.[Added later]: I had forgotten to also add that the port-side (left) hole for the hitch pin is a little off center -- apparently the jig used by the manufacturer needs a little adjustment: on my three vehicles, all with 2" receivers, I couldn't put the pin through this bike carrier's port-side hole and these receivers' holes - they didn't line up. It took just a couple of minutes with a grinder to remove only about 1 mm of just the upper arc of the this carrier's hole to then fit my pin through all three vehicle receivers.

Used to transport my bike with ease.
Note that it doesn’t come with any straps, I should’ve paid attention to that. So I bought those separately. Otherwise, it’s compact, lightweight, easy to attach and store. I watched the video that someone else put on here, because I had to put the bike on by myself. Works OK.

Excellent Product
Well packed, easy to assemble because it is precisely manufactured, seems very strong and does the job perfectly. I'm considering ordering the hinged adapter that allows it to swing up when not in use.

Quality Issue, Had to Re-drill Before Assembly
During assembly, it was obvious that the brackets welded to the main tube were not correctly positioned. They should be perpendicular to the tube, but they were welded crooked. I had to re-drill holes so the hardware lined up correctly.I didn't contact the seller as this was a simple fix for me. Not worth the hassle of returns/communications, blah blah blah. But, others that don't have access to the correct tools could be frustrated if they run into this too.Other than that, this seems a well made/sturdy bike carrier overall.-Good paint & finish on surfaces.-The box arrived in great condition and everything seemed well packed/protected.-Good welds (just bad positioning of the brackets as noted)

Works like a dream
I bought this to occasionally transport my Magicycle Ocelot Pro fat tire ebike. It is mounted on my Ford Ranger and works great. I had no alignment probles as some folks had mentioned. Another person complained because no tie-down straps were included, but it clearly states that the buyer will need to provide the straps. My bike is very heavy (75 pounds, or so), but it is very easy for me to load and unload it by myself. At an affordable price, this carrier really can't be beat.

Appears to be rugged and strong
So far this carrier is working great. Looking at the frame pieces and connections is assuring that it will hold up well, remain tight on the hitch, and secure our bike on the back of our RV. We travel rough road areas, so I added stabilizer struts on each end fastened to the bumper. For the same reason, it is mounted about 8" higher with a top bumper adapter for clearance. It looks pretty tough, so unless something breaks or doesn't work, I don't expect to return here to update this review.
