Well for starters, it was definitely not the product I ordered. 2nd ipt came w/lancets that don't even fit the product. Return was easy. I did get the 1I ordered after returning this 1. Review is the same as follows, 1: the height adjustments are not marked, they change everytime you replace the Lancet, do to design flaw on all of these simular products, the screw on cap and adjusting Nut, move when unscrewing and replacing the lancet. The part the Lancet pushes into, continually spins, meaning you have to hold the Lancet itself, to twist the cap off. This in turn adds a greater possibility of bending the lancet needles, no matter how well the Lancet Manufactures make/design them. The 1 i originally ordered, is half the cost, a little shorter, no lancets,but will not fit in your normal size Metering Systems Case. I wanted this style for 1 hand operation 🤣. The only thing that is, is when you click the end, like a ball point pen and so called bounce back works great, but to me, it's definitely not less painful. I've used Abbott 28g, Generic 30g, pack of 300 "which does fit the best", and a 32g by Mentene. If the depth setting would remain in place, then it would be a great. But since it's not, THEY ALL HURT. Even marking where you had it set 🤣, is still not going to be the same. Please also consider the size and shape and type of lancets you are using. On a Positive note, this Lancet Device, will outlast most plastic lancet devices, do to spring and non rubbing of plastic parts. Went through 5 Plastic Lancet Devices, all name brand and twice as much $, except for this product. I paid $7.23 for the original product i ordered. Accu-chek, OneTouch Flex Lancets, will not fit this Device for sure, and Abbott Lancets, you have to finagle it in, but its not right. Hope this helps, and saves your time and pain, unlike me. I love it, the only issue it has is to tell us what size style of lancets fit inside. I did find some and it works great.
