Keeping the food hot or cold for length of time stated by maker..
Yes it works to keep ice cream cold and the soups ect. Hot plus I like the the attached spork cutlery on side .

Good Product
My Children use it for lunch pack. Good product and it’s serving the purpose. Just that the litre size is small for my big boys. However, its get their meal warm till lunch break time.
