Disappointing
The product has numerous dangerous sharp edges and swarf on the screw threads, I cut my hand three times during assembly. The temperature control dial is too close to one such sharp edge and if care is not taken another cut will be sustained when turning the dial.The product arrived with various parts bent and damaged.The product is more noisy that other patio heaters that I have had, and isn't that peaceful to sit next to.

Missing parts!!!!
Missing parts to put it together!!! Have been told its the manufacturers error and a complete batch have been delivered incomplete. Where is the quality control?Have to wait on them now sending all the missing kit before it can be assembled, very irritating and not happy!!!! 😡

Looks stunning
Bit fiddly to assemble , but well worth it , looks stunning at night time , puts out a load of heat and light . Customer service good .

Great looking piece of kit
Looks great. Bit fiddly to put together on your own and some of the screws were difficult to sort out. Took ages to peel the covers off the panels. Haven't really got it going for any length of time but really looking forward to using it in the summer

We were both very disappointed with the product, the heat output is not what we expected which I believe is because of the height of the thing, the heat goes into the atmosphere...
