I had terrible swelling my first pregnancy so I found all the home remedy ideas for my second and now third. I really love this stuff! I don’t know if it actually helps the swelling, but it feels good for my joints!

I used many things from this brand during my pregnancy! But these were hands down my favorite thing! I had insane swelling almost my whole pregnancy and was told to take as many baths as I could and these helped me so much!

I got these to help with restless leg syndrome. The salts were unscented which was ok, but I did not feel like they helped post bath. Would rather stick to Dr. Teals

Very relaxing bath soak with no scent, which is exactly what I need during pregnancy. I've been having difficulty sleeping throughout the night, but starting my day off with a bath with these helped bring my energy levels back up and get me better prepared for work.

Not the easiest to mix and if you’re using it for mag spray I’d recommend a glass bottle so you can remix it if needed… we keep our house really cool so it re-solidified.Edit: I started mixing it with distilled water instead of oils and it works great for mag spray or for adding to lotions! Just keep in mind if you use it in lotion, without a preservative it could grow bacteria with t even distilled water.I have loved this and the bag has lasted well over a year, between using it for sprays, lotions, and baths! It’s a great addition to bathtime for my preteen, it definitely helps him sleep better at night when he adds it. Changed from 4 to 5 stars!
