This book is life changing!
Straight forward, easy to read and understand! Jessica's knowledge, expertise and experience is beautifully expressed in this life changing book. After years of studying emotions and the effect they have on the body, I came across this book, and the complete validation that "stuck" emotions are the root cause of most chronic diseases. While I was reading The Fascia Movement, I realized that this book and the information and tools in it, will help so many searching for relief from chronic pain! Truly an enlightening experience!!

Great read! So knowledgeable in fascia and pain relief!!
This book was truly an enjoyable read about a topic that most people have never heard about or even know is within our bodies. It goes into detail about what fascia is and how it can become a problem, but the best part is that you are given treatment plans to help yourself relieve the pain from it! This book is filled with fun facts and pictures, making this topic easily understood by everyone. Highly recommend this read!!

Resourceful Read
This is an absolute great book to read if you want to learn about fascia. The way Jessica shared her own personal journey just shows you that we’re empowered to do anything. I truly learned so much that I had no idea. She broke things down to make it so much easier to understand. This book is definitely a great resource that you can absolutely go back to which I plan to. I can’t wait to apply some of the things I learned from her book to my new changes and journey! Jessica you’re an absolute warrior for accomplishing all you have an sharing your book with all of us!

Easy to Understand & Apply
I recently purchased the book and cannot put it down.It is so well written, and easy to understand.I am a certified Fitness Specialist for the past 40 years, and currently enrolled in a Functional Yoga Teacher Training course.I worked alongside physical therapists for many years, and have ties with the medical community.The medical and fitness community tend to overlook the importance of the fascia connection.Jessica Stavale’s book will have you asking yourself if The Fascia Movement is the missing link in helping you achieve overall wellness.The book’s Mission Statement holds true. It will teach you how to listen to your own body & trust what it is communicating to you.

So incredibly useful!!
The media could not be loaded. I loved this book. I understood it, and it changed how I understood my body!!! Especially the effects of gravity and compression!! I think the hair pulling therapy has been my favorite new thing, i do it every day and it releases so much tension in my face. And the tools she suggests are so helpful too!!!

I love how the author uses real life examples to help me understand how The Fascia Movement can help me heal! It’s an easy read that gave me the knowledge I need to find my way out of the pain and struggles I’ve tried for so long to leave behind!

Everything you need to heal!!
This is an amazing guide (not a novel) that everyone needs!! The author has a way of teaching in a simplified format and empowers you to take control of your life in a balanced way.A must have for all at any age. If only we were taught this from a young age. We would all live healthier and happier lives by understanding our body, mind, and emotions better.The author’s 3-3-3 method works!!! So incredible to know about this system in my own body 🤯

Good, but left wanting more.
This book is very easy to read and follow. It gives clear insight as to what the fascia is and what the fasia effects, but I found it lacking when it came to instruction on how to treat the fascia and make it healthy. I was really looking for more in-depth information on fascia massage, and while this book did touch on it, there wasn't much clear guidance as to how much pressure to use, or which direction to go in. It also mentions tools you can use to treat stuck fascia, but says nothing on how to properly use those tools. I was hoping for detailed diagrams and instruction on proper massage, foam rolling, and other treatments using tools like fascia blasters. She talks about her 3, 3, 3 method, but when it comes to a large area such as the thigh, I'm not sure how big a difference I'm going to notice. I guess I will have to try it out and give it some time.

What a great book! So interesting and lovely to read
I started reading it this morning and couldnt put it down. I had to stop after 60 pages I had to go to work. I really like this book. It's too the point and nicely written. Can't wait to finish it and learn how to repair my facia

Lacking in information
I would not recommend this book. The book is lacking in depth of knowledge. It is very surface level and does not go into any details. The concept of the book has potential but unfortunately it did not deliver.

Great book
I love simplified and visual books and this ticks both boxes. Relatable, informative and after implementing the fascia rolling and stretching daily, I have had some great results.I reached out with a personal query to the author Jessica via an Instagram message and she was so helpful and friendly. Love her. Love the book!

Live this book
I like how author brings such a complex topic of fascia in a simple way. My teenager enjoyed reading it as well .
