This helps so much. the cold/hot usage depends on how I'm feeling all together. a lot of times I put the mask in the freezer and use it that way while laying in a dark silent room. that takes a lot of pressure of my brain and behind my eyes.

Love so much, I went and bought a second one in case they disappear!! Since I’m old and go to bed early, this thing not only blocks out the light but it has SUCH a cooling texture!! It’s also great to put in the freezer so when I come back from mowing the yard, I can cool down quickly !!!

When I have a migraine, cold is what I want. This cap keeps my head cool for longer than a regular ice pack or cloth.

This cap provides great headache relief. It’s cold but not too cold, and the pressure provided is just right. I do wish it stayed cold longer but I’m not sure that’s a design flaw really. I often use it just for sleep improvement as it really does block all light.

Just the right amount of pressure on the eyes and the coolness is great for migraines.

They are wonderful but I wish the coldness lasted longer. Sometime I have to put it back in the freezer to reuse it if my headache is still lingering. It does hold a smell from the freezer. But otherwise I’d purchase another for sure!

Should be adjustable to fit unique person. Does not stay cold for long. Is comfortable and initially amazing upon placement.
