Amazing thing to build your forearms, size is perfect. Grip is amazing as well, the durability is just on point and the use of it is good but does ache a bit. Amazing shipping time.

The media could not be loaded.  It's great, especially for the price. It's movement is very smooth and controlled, there's no rattle or squeaking like in many other grip strengtheners. After a while of using it feels uncomfortable since there's no padding on the handles, but other than that, it's amazing and very effective. I used it everyday while watching TV and faced no issues apart from the padding issue. Overall, great value for money, you get 2 for so cheap and very effective.

This was an excellent buy for that price is a steal. Really does go to 60kg and is very easy to get the hang of.Nothing wrong with then and came beautifully packaged. 10/10. Would buy again

Great for improving your grip, very good price, you can alter the amount of resistance and build your grip up, which is very good.Would definitely recommend to all who have a poor grip. 5*

I really enjoyed this grip it made my fingers feel a lot stronger and really improve forearm muscles. However, it broke within 2 months which is a real shame, that being said I was easily using it often at the highest resistance so I think for people who are not it would be more durable.

The product arrived in a state that made me think it was already used and the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. However it's super easy to use and gets the job done.Pros: Easy to use.Cons: Poor quality, max weight may not be enough for some people, doesn't have the most comfortable feel in the hand.

Last year I tore the ligament in my wrist. In November, I had a steroid injection and was much happier and could use my hand. After the injection wore off I was in immense pain. I was meant to start physio this year 2020, but my first appointment was just after lockdown hit so that went out the window. I ordered this to try and strengthen my wrist, as I'd avoided using it for 1/2-3/4 of a year so was quite weak. The strength adjuster can be quite stiff but I was amazed at how good the build quality is. At maximum strength it really is quite tight but I wouldn't say 50kg tight.I started using this with my left hand and could barely do 5 reps of '10kg'After a while, I slowly regained strength and can now comfortably do 20ishI am a delivery driver for a living so regularly lift heavy stuff and used to struggle, but now I can manage much much better and actually have feeling and strength back. My wrist isn't perfect, and my strength isn't 100% but I feel after a few more months maybe a year, I could be back to 100% or even better! People say buy cheap buy twice, but I am seriously happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend for any form of wrist trauma or even general strength training.

My elderly mum has a few hand grips but loves this one when she's working out hand cramps and arthritis with deep heat creams.

Mir gefällt das Produkt sehr gut , da man mit einfachen drehen an dem Grauen Rädchen den Schwierigkeitsgrad ganz simpel verstellen kann. Ich trainiere schon seit 10Jahren. Immer wieder mal benutze ich eine Handpresse, jedoch hat mich die reguläre nicht mehr gefordert. Hier reicht schon der halbe Schwierigkeitsgrad (30kg) um meine Unterarme & Hände zu trainieren. Werde jetzt jede Woche 1kg Hoch gehen , ich denke bis ich dann bei 60kg sind wird sich mein Unterarm mind 10-30% Umfang, bzw Griffkraft 10-30% steigern.Für den Preis finde ich optimal, 5.99 für xo hochwertige Handtrainer, finde ich ist fast geschenkt, meiner Meinung nach.Ich bin aufjedenfall sehr zufrieden.
