Comfortable and Easy to Use
Really pleased with this air mattress. It fills and deflates quickly and easily, and my guests have told me it's very comfortable. No losing air in the middle of the night either. Easy to fold up and store.

If you're a stomach sleeper, plan to sleep upside down.
I bought this as a temporary replacement after being so frustrated with those online bed-in-a-box companies that I threw out two mattresses in two years. I needed something supportive for a plus-sized person that wouldn't aggravate my back pain, and I needed it to be low enough for my toddler to easily climb on and off.Pros:This is a great quality air mattress with a fast pump. The pump does require electricity, so don't plan to take it camping unless you've got a generator. For the first week as it settled in, I added air every 48 hours or so, but now that I've been using it for about a month, I top it up about once a week. I expected this from an air mattress, and that's why I got the electric pump--it's really easy to use, just twist the valve, let it run for 30 seconds, and voila, firm mattress. I'm heavy (~285) and this supports me with no problem. I don't feel like it will pop or that it hammocks in the middle. My daughter is a BIG FAN of jumping on the bed, and even with the constant abuse, it's still doing well. I put a rug gripper under the mattress to prevent it from sliding around on my wood floors.Cons:One thing I don't love about this mattress is the built in pillow. As a stomach sleeper, it forces you into a backward banana position that is just not ergonomic. I really wish they had a flat mattress option. Also, this thing is firm. Really firm. If you don't want it to sag in the middle, you really need to blow it up all the way, which means it's gonna be a bit like sleeping on (slightly forgiving) concrete. To get around this, I added a 3" latex mattress topper, which I had planned to do anyway, since I wanted this to feel like a real bed--it's temporary, but why not be comfy? It worked for a few weeks but I still felt it was pretty firm. I decided to add an additional 3" memory foam topper and a pillowtop mattress cover, and now my bed is a fluffy dream. Soft top and supportive mattress. I'm going to buy longer sheets, since my 18" deep pocket sheets are now barely clinging on even with industrial strength sheet suspenders.Verdict:One mattress, two toppers, one rug gripper, some sheet suspenders, a mattress cover and some new sheets later, it's fine.

Good purchase
I have used this inflatable mattress a few times since purchase. Follow instructions for cleaning before use because it does have a factory smell. It is very easy to inflate and deflate. It was firm and sturdy. MY guess found it comfortable

Only brand that holds up well at all
Almost eight years ago now, I found myself in need of an air mattress. My now-husband, then-boyfriend had just moved in with me and neither of us could tolerate sleeping with another person in the bed :D. So my parents let me borrow theirs, which was a very fancy brand that is even more expensive than King Koil. My husband hated it -- it would slowly deflate during the night and there were a bunch of little support rods that would be poking him in the back when he woke up. Those same rods eventually poked holes in the mattress itself. So we tried a couple of brands across varying price ranges. Literally every single one except for this one had at least one hole in it just a few months in. This one held up to pretty regular use for over a year before developing its first hole/leak, and we were able to use the patches that it came with to patch it up. This surprisingly worked great and it held up for almost another year after that before we finally no longer had need for an air mattress, as we moved and got a larger bed.Anyways, we found ourselves in need of some air mattresses for visitors to sleep on. I did my research to see whether any new brands had come out with a better quality mattress in the past 8 or so years, but it seems like there hasn't been much movement in this space :D. So after researching other brands and looking at cost vs. benefit, we decided to just go with this brand again. It's been holding up great and everyone thinks they are super comfortable! One thing I especially like about this one that seems kind of minor but ends up being a big deal is that the outer ring being inflated more than the inner space prevents my pillow from sliding backwards during my sleep. I get the same quality sleep on these beds as I do on a normal mattress. The height has been good for everyone, including older family members with back/joint issues.

Good unit, no complaints from the family.
Works well, built in pump had no problem inflating the bed. Unit retained air for the week it was used.

Comfort and it keeps its air
I absolutely love this air mattress. It is my favorite brand so far you wake up with the same amount of air in it as you went to bed. It is just very comfortable.

Meh
I have had to buy a couple of different air mattresses over the last year. This one lasted the longest at a little over 3 months. Based on the reviews I thought it would last longer. There are some people saying there's lasted a year. This has been my full time bed. Not sure if that makes a difference. It feels fine as far as comfort, but the issue for me has been the bed sinking in the middle. That is that part that deflates first, and where it started leaking last time. This is with a mattress pad protector. One thing I will say is that the company follows through on their one year warranty. Once I emailed them they replied within a day, and the new mattress arrived about two days later. Very professional. The new mattress feels a bit mushy in the middle too, which gives me anxiety. As the bed is firm otherwise I am hesitant to blow it up too much more incase it pops. We shall see.
