I wanted this for a long time and last week I finally got it!Even though it's not been a long time I can already see the benefits of it, and I noticed I have more energy! It is sore to lay on the first couple of times but overall It's the definition of IT HURTS SO GOOD! :)I had a random pain in my hip and laying on my side on the lotus flowers actually really helped! It' perfect also for my boyfriend who has often calf muscle tension!I'm amazed by it and I love it so much already!I highly recommend it! :)Mara
