The beige is an Absolutely stunning color! Heavy and good quality. Packaged very nicely too.

I have had 3 of these. One I had for many years but got lost in the process of moving across country. I immediately replaced it because they're so great. Then shortly after that I bought another for a guest bathroom. Those 2 I've had for 17 years. Good as new today, and just as beautiful. A few years ago I bought one for my father because he got frustrated with his because it moved around or toppled over when you would pull a piece from it. Not so with these. They are heavier so they don't budge. He's very happy with his as well. I wouldn't want to buy any other kind. (^_^)

I rated it low because I opened the box and this is how it was packed it was broken into pieces I did a return replace so we'll see when the new one comes in. I hope they package it better to prevent thisI ordered it because this is exactly what I wanted and the color will rewrite after the new one comes in

It is really nice and convenient. The marble has weight to it so when you grab a paper towel the holder won't fall over or move. Nice color too. Much better than the wood ones. The packaging was a bit funky. It came in a big box with one of those plastic bubble wraps but there was so much room in the box it could easily roll around. Thankfully, there was no damage to the holder. So 5 stars. :)

I like this far better than other options I have seen out there. The towel slides easily on the base of the unit. It has no silly secondary post to feed the towel though or some device to hold the towel roll (which is useless). Nice muted color is attractive and it seems to have good weight and quality. I had to get a replacement for one of the units since they shipped it already assembled and it broke in transit. The replacement was shipped unassembled and was fine.

This was exactly what I needed. We use Viva cloth-like paper towels and they tend to stick to the roll, even as you pull them off. The center pole is not so big that the roll won’t turn; it freely rolls on the marble. It is very heavy and is sturdy enough to get the paper towel off with one hand.

The marble is a pretty color and polished to a beautiful shiny finish. BUT...the construction is poor. The post was chipped where it attaches to the base. There were lots of tiny shards and dust in the packaging even though it was in several layers of bubble wrap. The post was quite crooked. I considered sending it back but it was a pain to re-wrap. So I unscrewed the post and fashioned a little gasket that I cut out of one of those rubber jar gripper things. I cut two more tiny pieces and built the gasket up to three layers under the chipped edge of the post. Fortunately the screw was long enough to go through all that. That helped a lot and the thing is perfectly servicable now. The fix only took ten minutes and it was easier than sending it back.
