Been taking these now for a six months at the recommendation of my doctor after routine bloodwork showed I had low vitamin D. I'm told you need to have the K2 to help absorb, so this brand has always been a go-to for me after researching different brands. I have more energy and my Vitamin D levels are back to normal. I'd check with your doctor on how much to take, but take one tablet in the morning with food and and it's worked well in getting my energy levels back up since being a busy working mother of 2 in my forties. Honestly I only tried this for my husband who has health issues. I'm not sure it did anything. However I will tell you that the PURE Company is the only supplement company I use! A little more expensive but they have the most beneficially sources products! My vitamins for women over 50, milk thistle for clean liver and their hair, skin & nails supplement are truly the best quality with true results! No stomach issues and Best quality.

I can't say if it has worked for me because I haven't done the blood tests, but I did my good research on this product and it turned out to be one of the best and lighter products, it shouldn't fall hard on your stomach and it's essential to take vitamin D with vitamin K for better absorption and so that calcium doesn't accumulate in the bones, it's a good product at a very good price and I know that in the end I'll have very good results and very good value for money. It has very good absorption and a small size that will be easy to swallow and has no flavor and is very easy to digest.
