My family has all kinds of sinus issues, so when I learned of sinus irrigation about 20 years ago, it became an integral part of my daily routine. Electronic irrigators work best for me, and having ones i can travel with are extremely important in addition to being space-saving as I don’t have a lot of space in my bathroom.I have bought at least 4 different portable sinus over the last few years and they have all had some issue or deficit. I just got this one last night and just used it today, and I HAD to come review it. Here’s what I love:1. THE PUMP! This is what made the most noticeable difference for me. Other devices struggle to get water out making the whole process loud and clunky. This was the SMOOTHEST sinus irrigation I’ve ever had. The pump just pulled the water up and it just flowed without a struggle. I’ve never had such an experience with sinus irrigation. It also meant that it was quieter and faster.I honestly don’t understand the difference between the colored nozzles (I actually did two passes to see if there was any difference - I can assure you I have never voluntarily done this twice at a time just because), and I have no idea how long this will hold up (I pray it lasts for at least two years), but just based on this functionality relative to all the other irrigators of this ilk I have tried (and never reviewed because I never cared that much), I’m giving this one 5 stars right out of the gate. I took the time to sit down and thumb-type this immediately after use. That’s how serious and impressed I am!

Its cordless feature is very convenient and allows me to experience a soothing sinus rinse anytime, anywhere, whether at home, at work, or on the go. It's compact size and user-friendly interface make it a breeze to use. Not only does it provide immediate relief, it improves sinus hygiene and promotes long-term health.

I tried this once and was disappointed with how long the water lasted, I had just done one nostril and it was empty. I then rinsed it to discover that it is impossible to get all the water out due to the lip on the water tank, which could lead to contamination for the next use.I decided not to push my luck and packed it up to return it only to find there are no returns.My plastic Neto pot does just as good a rinse and can be thoroughly cleaned with ease.I think the no return policy should be posted on the description.

I previously used a Navage that my mother bought for me. It worked well enough until it croaked, and rather than buy another one I opted for this. Here is a comparison and why this is a much better choice:1. Price: half of Navage2. Doesn't require you to use proprietary pods which was super annoying (there was a workaround but it was tedious)3. More compact4. Integrated usb rechargeable battery5. Multiple sized nose attachmentsOverall this was a far superior choice and I hope it lasts longer than the navage. I thought not having the suction would not be as good but I find it better, less forceful but still pushes the gunk out. If you are considering between this and a Navage get this, I'm glad I did.

The flexible hose connecting the nozzle with the filter broke within six weeks and I am unable to use it. Manufacturer needs to include a few spare hoses. I am hoping the seller sends me a replacement tube. My attempts to contact seller have failed so far. Product manual does not give a contact email or phone number for the seller.

Well it happened, after 1 year of using this device the bottom plate on the water tank came unsealed.Pros from my time with it. It's battery lasts, no need to worry about co.stant charging. The multiple tips it came with were nice for finding the specific one that'd work best for me. The flow and pressure are consistent.Cons: tank seems sm, by that I mean I run through more than half the water before I feel I've gotten a good washout done on one side. Even on the highest pressure mode I could find it still seemed gentle. With a closed up sinuses infection there is not enough pressure to knock all the krud loose.Would recommend for people to don't want the squeeze bottle, nut overall Wil not be ordering a replacement.
