This item I shared with a family member and put one under a bed. Any movement at night, it activates, and lights up the floor to see and not stumble in the dark. Since it's under a bed, it also reduces the amount of projected light, since it is very bright. I bought it for use on a cruise, but never used it. Now it's used nightly at home.

These work better than we needed them to. I bought them for our Alaska cruise. They are extremely bright. The battery life is great. The size helped them travel well in our luggage. I am going to use them in our guest bedroom instead of a night light, so my guests can get around at night without the fear of hurting themselves.

I use these on my cruise cabin. They’re awesome motion detected, and it doesn’t wake up the other person in the cabin.

Set it in automatic, has battery life, very bright, I do wish I could dim it down. Not a huge range on the motion, but it works. Felt the price was fair. Mount the magnetic base which is stable, and hills well, but there r you won’t be bumping the light part that you set into the base. The actual light can easily be bumped off of the base if you bump it hard. It holds up when it bounces on the floor, but only a few times. It’s not indestructible. It’s great that you can take the light from the base and use it anywhere.

Wow! These were amazing on our cruise! I bought 4 of them. We had two rooms, so I put two in each room. One for the main cabin, and one in the bathroom. The motion detector part works, they charged great, and I'm so glad we had them! All 7 of us were sl gad we had them!

I saw youtube videos of this for travel and cruises . I saw the two pack and was like great deal. que the fail music. like epic fail. the instructions are in Chinese and just pint to a few area. You can mostly figure it out that you slide for constant light the auto for motion sensor . I walked past it and nothing , I turned the lights off nothing. I charged it and nothing . the only thing that works is the on all the time . I was not looking for that but the motion so I could not disturb others walking to the bathroom at night or as I walked into the room i would light . I actual got two sets and all of them the same . So the maybe a bad batch was de bunked. its all just more cheap constructed over priced crap from .... I may just use for the lights on since it has a mag for a cruise wall but its is not terrible strong so it will prob slide down. Save your money.

These are a nice size for travel. However they are not battery powered. Which is fine with me. But just a note for others.

Bought these for when we travel. Mostly using them in our cabin on the cruise ship. Like that they come on with motion.
