The seams are felt on the inside, along the arms and torso. This makes it more itchy than it should be, but is otherwise a great fit, solid material quality, and unbeatable bang for your buck. Make sure to use deodorant.

This is a very well-made product great for my daughter in sports and the gym last through wear and tear. Great material is good and not cheap. Last through wear and tear and many washes. Will purchase again if needed.

Love the shirts, even tho my wife doesn't like them and won't let me wear them to town anymore cause I got a lot of looks in it, lol.If you're vascular then the short sleeves will make your veins look explosive!One of the black short sleeve shirt was a lil tight in the neck but I'm sure it'll stretch over time in the gym.I bought a small even tho I'm fixing to try and put a few pounds on in the gym, so hopefully they aren't too tight when I get done, lol.

The shirt is not the most compressive. I have work decathlon ones that are definitely better and to be honest similarly priced. I was unable to find them in stock hence had to resort to Amazon.The material is nice. It hasn't chaffed me during workouts and running. Yet.
