Works well, extremely bright flood light, and very good night pictures with or with out floodlight.
Works well, extremely bright flood light, and very good night pictures with or without the floodlight.I run the floodlights at 25% brightness. Detection zones are easy to setup and work well. App is a little bit difficult to control the timezones, but once set the timezones are set.

Will not connect to wifi - Very disappointed
Impossible to connect this to wifi - Very disappointed. Looks great, bright lights. Feels like quality. But no good if it won’t connect. I really, really wanted this to work as I can’t find a similar product. I returned the 1st one thinking it was faulty and got another in its place. Exact same problem with the 2nd one. Read all online blogs. As suggested - Changed modem settings (not advised if you don’t know what you’re doing). Had 1 wifi available (2.4Ghz). No connection. Tried Apple iPhone about 20 times. Tried Android phone - QR Code not even recognised. Not even when typed in manually. I read lots of good reviews but how on earth you get this to connect (in Australia) is beyond my expertise. After all I’m only a 20 year IT Engineer. Check online. So many people having the exact same issue. Amazon should stop selling these.

Great Camera
Only had the camera for 2 months and already identified a few suspicious individuals.1. A male was checking my letterbox late a night to see if it was full. When the motion sensor floodlights turned on, he quickly walked away.2. A Teenager was taking photos of the houses on the street potentially trying to scope out security systems.

Fantastic Camera, Great Floodlight but very sensitive motion sensor.
Great product in general. Just a little time spent to stop false motion notifications as the sensor is very sensitive. But Love the product, the app, great product.

Defective after 4 months
We were really stoked with the floodlight camera, until it started intermittently failing some 4 months in. Contacted Eufy global help and after back and forth troubleshooting they were happy to send out a replacement. HOWEVER, they don't service Australia, so recommended to reach out to Amazon instead. Amazon will not send out a replacement, rather will only give a refund if you send back the product in full - that means also dismounting the junction box from your wall. Incredibly disappointed with this as the sparky cost to set it up was already extra.
