yes these are hook and loop sheets, I will have to examine my inventory to see about the grits included and get back to you. The product is a good one for me.

Will the sanding pads work with model # RK5110K?

It will work, BUT... there is a small problem. During sanding, heat develops at the pad and because the sanding pad is adhered by kind of a Velcro "mechanism" it get hot too and the sanding pad comes loose after a while. So, do not apply too much pressure during sanding and enjoy sanding. LOL
