Bayer Garden Slug & Snail Killer 1kg

Brilliant! Truly works!When i ordered this, i was unsure as to whether or not it would work, but it actually does work!It arrived very quickly, and so i used it right away, as there is a damp part of the garden the slugs just love...not anymore!I didn't think this would last very long, but it lasts ages as you don't really need much at a time.Just sprinkle a cap full in the area you need to protect, or just in the general area where the slugs seem to like going, you will wake up in the morning to some lovely silver streaks around your garden! :)OK, its not the most pleasant sight, but it doesn't last long, and if you keep up with re-applying, the slugs will steer well clear! and your garden will thrive.

Well I bought this cos the plants were getting eaten alive....and no wonder, put it down late one night as per instructions and picked up no less than 15 SLIMEY NASTIES on one patch of garden. Will probably need another drum b4 the end of summer - but will not hesitate getting some more of the same, altho now it is an 'add on item' will have to wait till I need to order something larger. A right pain that is!!

Living in damp Cornwall in a garden with lots of stone walls, it's slug heaven. I've tried beer traps, and going out picking the little blighters up by torchlight but nothing seemed to make a difference until I gave in and bought these slug pellets. I think some of my flowers have managed to grow and bloom for the first time ever.They need constant re-scattering as they do vanish in heavy rain.

It really works and saved a few of my plants that were being eaten alive.The bottle is large so will last a good while, it worked the moment I put it down the morning after it was placed I found 16 dead slugs all about my plants, I hope they died quickly I hate the thought of a lingering death, so if like me your soft hearted, be prepared it's horrid picking them up. However my 2 plants are a few days on well on the path to recovery.

So far so good with the slugs and snails but still a bit early to say if it has made an impact on the little blighters that make a really good meal of the Hostas. Will add more comments later in the season.

This really really works, as long as you are prepared to dispose of the remains the next day which is quite a nasty job, or else you end up inviting lots of flies including blue bottles. It's s catch 22 but that's not the product's fault. Use it before the breeding season so there aren't too many to get rid of to begin with. If used in the middle of the summer then you will have one too many dead bodies to lick up. The product does the job well

Really good slug and snail killer. It certainly does the job. Only a little is needed so this big tub lasts a long, long time. You will have to replenish after the rain as it does disappear. I have bought this product twice now as its so good.

Had tried all natural snail and slug repellents like coffee grounds and egg shells but nothing helped. Used this product one evening in my vegetable patch and the next morning the place looked like a battle field - there were literally about 50 snail and slug corpses scattered across my 4 sqm vegetable bed! Should have used the Bayer product from the beginning, would have saved me loads of hassle and also some of my cabbages.
