This product is worth the money, its great quality. I'm a massage therapist and this gives me so much relief in such short time. I bought this to massage the underside of my foot. It's a good size for that, and its firm enough to give a deep massage (unlike tennis balls that eventually lose firmness).

Use them under your back neck and shoulders for 1-2 minutes! -great relief for tension and pain

Simple but effective little ball. Bought this for piriformis muscle problem which has been on going for a while. Very simple application but it works.

So annoying all these massage balls that squish and totally defeat the purpose of their existence. This one is rock solid. I got the 8cm version and it's a little big. Hope they make a slightly smaller one so it can get into the hip flexors better.

The ball has a company emblem 4cm diameter, which is recessed from the rest of the nodules; this means that when rolling it over your muscles, the ball keeps shifting about the emblem, rather than feeling like a continuous massage motion. How to spoil an otherwise good design.

Hard enough to get those tight spots

I have the large Orb product which is beyond fantastic at releasing tight muscles and myofascial tissue, but sometimes was too large for certain neck and shoulder areas. This is size is perfect for doing those areas, and is also a bit more grippy which is nice since usually I work these areas pressed up against a wall. Strongly recommend this small or the large Orb products.
