ICB, Precious Moments Holy Bible, Leathersoft, Blue: International Children's Bible

We have bought these for all the children , and great christening gifts. The pictures are adorable. My eldest is 45 and brought these for years. This is a cheapest version the leather ones are especially nice too.

Bold print and easy to read.

A really attractive edition; with soft flexible cover; good size print; and lovely illustrations. It is written in simple English, and would make a nice gift for young and old alike.

Great proper bible for kids with scriptures. Got some lovely pictures too.

The media could not be loaded.  Exactly what I expected, perfect for a baptism. The leather cover is super soft, pictures throughout are super cute.

I bought this for my 5 year old son because he is starting to learn about God during "chapel time" at his Pre-Kindergarten class. He wanted to learn more about the bible. I had a precious moments bible as a kid, so I wanted to get him one. There are a few things to know about this bible though:1-It is not edited. I assumed it would be because it is meant for a kid, but it isn't. It will still talk about sex and all that stuff. I don't think this is a big deal, but I just figured it might be good for others to know.2-Unlike the precious moment's bible that I got just like this in the 80's, this one does not have a glossy layer over the leather. The leather is matte-like to the touch and could easily stain due to how the texture feels.Overall the bible is great though. It is build sturdy, the bindings are tight, and there are several sections of pictures inside. A great starter bible for any kid!
