It's a legit derma roller that's safe for your scalp and doesn't cause much itritation, at least in my case. It might hurt at first, but once you get used to it, it'll be fine. And the disinfectant that comes with it is very useful too!

Better to have 0.5 mm. This one is a bit prickly on the scalp

Nice product and packaging

The media could not be loaded. The Darla roller is of good quality and works well, but the packaging was terrible. The disinfectant solution had completely leaked inside the box, creating a mess. Even worse, the solution contains methyl alcohol, which is highly flammable—and this may pled to a fire accident This is a serious safety hazard. The packaging was clearly not secure or safe. Extremely disappointed and concerned. This needs urgent attention.
