Reel-y Good..
I just wish it was longer.. and so does my partner!Our palm sander has a very short lead and even connected to this we still can't get to the back side of the shed ,:¬|The reel itself is very good, no friction, just glides in and out. easy on the touch. silky smooth. materials seem very sturdy too. overall its very good, just if in doubt get a longer one.

It is really as described, easy to rewind and so far resisted any mistreatment. good quality and highly recommended.

Nice - but doesn't wind in and out as easily as I'd hoped
A good, sturdy product - better than most. I was slightly disappointed that the winding in and out is not as perfect as I'd hoped. The storage area for the wound wire gets a little tight and so the wire still snags and sometimes needs a good yank to wind it in and out. If they fixed that (maybe by adding a little more to the circumference of the unit?) it would be perfect.

Works well
Easy to wind and unwind. Bought to replace shorter reel as new mower has less flex. The old reel was quite fiddly to wind up but this one is much better

Very pleased
Very happy with this extension lead. It's British and built to British standards. When you deal with electricity, you don't want to risk death or injury by getting cheap extensions. The length of the cable is perfect for me. I have artificial turf in my back garden and have to hoover it each week, hence needing an extension. This will last me for years.

Quality at a good price
If you're looking for a mid-length extension below 20 quid, buy this one!I can't say that I've reviewed the rivals, but this one seems well made and probably won't break the first time it's dropped. The cable itself is heavy duty and the plug reasonable.

Effortless winding
Effortless rewinding. I like the bright yellow flex, which is good for high visibility workshop use. Only thing I didn’t like was although it is rated for 13amps, 3kw (which is less than 13amps) trips the overheat on the unit.

Fantastic!
Having struggled to rewind a previous cable reel for far too long, I was delighted to receive this one! It's an absolute pleasure to use, very robust, easy to extend and rewind (even for those with arthritis)... and British made!! Wonderful!
