Can thesebe used on a heavy mirror. Weighs about 30 kg

It depends on what you are fixing to I won't use anything else as they work on any material - plaster board , Brick, Theramlite blocks. with your mirror for anything other than plasterboad you will be o.k. you need a 6mm drill bit and long screws. If i'ts a platerboard wall you need to find the studs and screw directly into those.

will these fixings be secure to hold a 4kg acrylic photo frame , to be fixed on plasterboard

Hi I used these on plasterboard for shelves the total weight on shelf is around 5 kg fixed secure no problems worked for me

Can these be used for putting up a 16kg wooden shelf

Depends what material your drilling in to? 16kg will need a lot of support, that’s before you place anything on it. I’d say no in plasterboard, and maybe in brick, as I can’t see how many supports the shelf has. Rawl bolts maybe a better answer in brick? A builder would be better to advise, I’m just a mechanic.
