Performs well and helps with pain relief.

I was skeptical, at first, but after using for four days, I have seen significant results. I pulled my left latisimus muscle playing golf. It was very painful, and debilitating. It was so bad, I was having trouble sleeping. The day I received this small TENS unit, was the day my back began to improve. Once you find the mode you like, and get the placement of the electrodes right, then you just need to adjust the strength of the electronic pulses. I was amazed at how much you can control the intensity level of the pulses. You can go from barely perceptible, to "Aye Carumba!" I've never made it passed level 11. The instructions say to push the pain threshold for best results. Don't let the small size fool you. I guarantee this incredible little unit has all the power you will ever need. Battery life is also a big plus. I've used it 6 or 7 times, at 20 minutes per, and I'm still at 4 bars. It came fully charged, so I'll have to let you know how long the charge lasts, but so far, so good. In summation, I have personally seen positive results, and I would recommend this to anyone who is having muscle pain.

I am so surprised to be able to use 1 tens unit on 4 different people at the same time and adjust the intensity level to each persons liking. Great unit.
