If I could give zero stars I would. I am so disappointed in this thing as well as "customer service" which NEVER responds to my email, phone calls, Amazon was actually no help with this one. Both this in June 2023, used 3 times that summer. Always covered when we were finished. Stored inside garage during winter months. Got it back out in spring 2024, used twice and the pump went out. Barely a year old and used a handful of times. I cannot count the times I have tried to get in touch with their customer service. Emailed video of noise it's making. No pressure. I heard nothing back. Contacted Amazon cust service and they gave me a phone number, no one answers. If the voice mail does allow you to leave a message, no one will call back. I had high hopes for this. When it worked it was exactly what I needed for washing my cars, sxs, etc. This wasn't cheap, I paid over $300 for literally 5 uses. And the fact I can get no one to help me is just sickening. Don't waste your money. Great concept, but obviously not built to last.

Hands down the best purchase a dad could buy!During new construction build, I had my eye on this power washer and made sure a spigot was placed inside my garage for this product. Would 100% do it again and wish I had another on the backside of my house!Ease of Use:The auto-reel works perfectly - very light pressure is needed to pull the hose from the power washer and it will stop once the desired length is established. Once finished, a slight pull and the hose will easily reel back into the power washer base.Pressure:The pressure seems to be adequate for washing cars, blowing off dust / dirt from driveway, cleaning grills, rugs, etc. However, I would not think it would be adequate to truly deep clean a concrete surface. Have tried to apply high pressure to some stains on the driveway and did not have great results on getting all of the mud residue off the surface. Still believe the pressure is great, but not as good as a traditional gas power washer.Aesthetics:This thing looks awesome in the garage. Sleek design and compact. Couldn't ask for a nicer looking product.Overall Opinion:Would highly recommend for those that need quick access to a medium power pressure washer. Great to quickly pull out and clean whatever household items you would need to cover. This is honestly a must-have around the house and I rated 5 stars as it serves what I need it for. If looking to power wash a driveway that has mold or staining, may not be the best product to buy. However, I do not believe that is its' intended use. Will definitely have this for the rest of my life!

GT has great customer service they stand behind what they sale , i think that is awesome and you will love these pressure washers they are so convenient to use, no gas or oil ever and there when you need them ,100 ft hose gets were you need it .Auto wind is nice feature ,all electric and no maintenance awesome ,if you are looking for a pressure washer i would recommend these ..you will love it !!

Died in a year but company is now going to work with us on warranty

I have had this PSI washer for a few weeks. It seems to be working excellent. It is hung on my garage wall, ready for use any time. No set up or tear down. It is wonderful. It came with everything you need to get up and running. Mounts, hardware, hoses, etc. Even with 100 foot hose, the pressure at the nozzle is fairly strong. Will keep you posted as time goes on!
