I was already taking over the counter Vit D supplement before taking Omax Vit D as this came as a gift when I ordered Omax 3.And of course, my oncologist said it is fine. My breast cancer pill that I have to take for another 3 years is not bone friendly, therefore I need all the help I can get. So far so good for me at this time.
