It is a great phone , my 80 year mom loves it, but it has problems with quality. It is the best phone for senior citizens.Purchased this item April 2018.June 2018: Charge docking station broke last week , less than 2 months after purchase. It can not be repaired, I do not see any part number or a way to buy just the charging cradle.My mom makes less than 10 calls a week. For now, the phone itself works great, not sure how the phone will hold up 6 months from now.Does anyone know how to get a replacement charging cradle . thank you

Good phone with great features for seniors; however, the charge base received may not be as nice as the one pictured.Update: 5/17/18 The base no longer works. I wish I had received the base pictured with the phone rather than the cheap substitute that I did receive. Not fair.

I like the phone but there is no paperwork to tell you how to set it up. Speed Dialing and how to set up M1 M2 M3 buttons, etc. It comes with what they call a User Manual, ( that is useless ).

I bought this for my 86 year old Grandmother and she loves it. Its really easy for her to use. It has a very easy layout, loud ring and loud volume for those that are hard of hearing. Love the SOS feature too. Im actually buying another one for myself because I love how simple and user friendly it is! It does come with an instructions pamphlet although the writting is pretty small but it does tell you how to operate it and how to set the M1,M2 and M3 buttons (there’s another reviewer who said it didnt tell you how to set them but it does). I would definitely recommend trying this phone.

Did not work as advertised. Both Ting and T-Mobile finally gave up. It would not fully respond to the towers, and could never make phone calls with it. It's garbage. Instead, get the :Jethro [SC330v2] [Red] 3G Unlocked Flip SeniorI now have bought 2 of the Jethros, and they are awesome. They are for an 87 year old person.

So far so good, when it comes to functionality and user-friendliness.The phone has many positive attributes and very few negative downside.It is still too soon for a review on quality and durability, but I will update the review after a couple months.

Waste of money
