I just started working out again and yowsa does this make you sweat. Sizing is accurate and it is form fitting so dont order smaller or you'll have a hard time getting out of it. I used this combined with other slimmmibg wraps the last few days and feel great. I tend to retain water and this has reduced my blaoting greatly and I feel so much better sweating to deto my body. Make sure to drink plenty of water or you can get dehydrated easily. I hang it up inside out to ait out when I'm done for easy daily use and it doesn't smell at all after a few days workout. I used a lingerie bag to wash it and then hung it to dry. This really sucks you in and keeps your back straight. I use it at te gym and it is a struggle to get on. But once on it makes you sweat but the top is absorbent and dry! I have the pants like this so they work great together. Also I use it with sweet sweat . Buy a 1 or 2 bogger size or else it's a struggle to get on . I bought xxl and i am normally a large .

Fits as described in the sizing chart. I was excited to receive it and tried it on immediately. It smells like factory (as expected) so I have to wash it before I wear it to ensure there is nothing on it I am allergic to. The few minutes I had it on, it had begun to work its magic as I was sweating a little before I took it off. I am looking forward to see if this will do as described and help thin the waist area with my exercise regime.

The size chart for this item was confusing. I normally wear a small or medium, however, the directions stated to order a size up when actually the item in my experience is true to size so I had to order a small. Also, the item has a horrible factory smell.

I struggled getting into it, so I would probably size up, because it is super tight when getting it on. In the gym I could feel the heat in my stomach and I recommend drinking lots of water because you'll feel dehydrated.
