Solid, lightweight and well priced
I keep a hitch receiver recovery point in my Jeep in case I need to recover a vehicle that only has a hitch and no other recovery points. I have a solid steel Warn part that I've been using for years but it's HEAVY. I'm trying to shave weight where I can and this aluminum receiver recovery point weighs less than half of what the Warn does. It's also designed to work with soft shackles, which I also use now to save weight.

Clean great appearance !
I bought 2 of these originally to install in the lower 2” mounting tube of my backrack, so I could run a ratchet strap over top of my kayaks or ladder. But that hasn’t happened yet, I keep one in the truck with a celvis in case I need to pull someone out.
