I’m not sure that these have reduced the frequency of my migraines, but they do make my office more pleasant. They were not difficult to put up. They are big enough to cover the fixtures pretty well and the magnets are adequate. They look ok. There was a certificate enclosed in one box saying the fabric met fire retardance standards of some kind, which is reassuring. The sewing of these is pretty well done and they seem sturdy. There aren’t any crooked seams, loose threads, etc.

They fit the lights well and stay up. They seem kind of sheer but anything helps shield the nasty fluorescent.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.I bought these to use in my classroom to help dull the fluorescent lights, they are the best! There was a notable difference with just 4 covers, and the light coming from the colors is a warm light of the cover. The magnets hold up better than other covers I have used. I haven’t had any problems with them at all. I also appreciate that it come with a fire test information page.Already considering buying another set of 4 for the other lights in my room.

I purchased Cozy Covers for the TWENTY fluorescent lights in my classroom. I read they would be good for classroom behavior and often had students complaining of the bright lights and headaches. I wasnt ready to commit thoroughly, so I bought twelve first. I saw instant effects and bought the remaining eight. They've been worth every penny.I bought the beige covers and used a steamer to get rid of the unattractive folds. They are easy to install and the magnets are strong. Did I mention that the improvement was immediate? My once daily migraines stopped, which is an added benefit. The classroom has a calmer feel, despite a slight yellow tint from the covers.These covers are a significant but valuable investment for any classroom that wants to eliminate headaches and improve the classroom environment.

I tried these and others from ShadeMagik and another brand and these were the best quality and light appearance. The ShadeMagik ones were slightly too small and barely cover the light or stay on, and they’re very thick and dim the light too much. These lightly filtered the light and made it a nice warm hue, and they fit the lights perfectly.

These cozy covers are so nice. I love the option of colors - either blue or off-white. The off-white cozy covers give more of a warm lighting feel, which I prefer. If you like cool light, choose to purchase the blue covers. The fluorescent lights no longer hurt my eyes or give me headaches. Students do not complain about the room being too bright. Half of my classroom has the off-white, while the other half has the cool, so students are able to select which side of the room is better for them. The cozy covers go up so easily with the magnets just sticking to the frame of the light. These have a great quality and greatly cut down on the glare.
