So fisrt let me say....I absolutely am not an employee or robot. I have had several surgeries an really needed something reliable with real like massaging. I read through ALL of the massagers. That was taking too long for my discomfort so I just had to decide. I feel like it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Ever:-) I turned it on and I wasn't ready. Omgoodness it was exactly what I wanted and needed. Some will compain about the heat not being hot enough and it's only 15min a session. Well...you really shouldn't be using heat at all, ice is the better thing to do and healthier for your muscles. With this you only need a 15min session as you should give your muscles a break, especially if you are using the heat. Do like me, switch a body part....legs, back, thighs it can be used on all. You also want to give the device a break. For the price it is awesome(it did go up $5 since my purchase) but totally worth it. I haven't even switched settings yet, just hit the power button. After a few minutes it automatically changes directions and somehow is a totally different feeling. 10 mins in I immediately order one for my bestie :-) I don't get a thrill out of internet shopping and reading reviews, so I hope I answered the questions you would think of. Enjoy, Peace and Love to All :-)Also, if you are sore the next day, it has either done it's job or you over did it. Anyone who has had a REAL massage knows they are not as relaxing as you pictured and they don't really feel that good. That is what deep tissue massaging is, sorry. You may be sore but you will feel looser.

I want to marry this thing. I work a lot at the computer and my neck and shoulders get tired and tense by the end of the day. The heat and shiatsu action of this massager are a game changer. I put it on after work while relaxing with a cup of something hot and soothing and it's better than a xanax. Seriously. Get one, you will not regret it.

I’m in love!!!
I chose this massager over several other identical massagers because it was $20 less and had great reviews. It has become my new love, and my husband never gets massage requests from me anymore. I was in a car accident 30 years ago and came away with and injured neck and back. Over the years the wear and tear on my neck became too much and I had neck surgery to fuse 7 of my vertebrae a little over a year ago. The surgeon went in through the back and as a result my neck and upper back muscles feel hard and are in knots all the time. This massager has been a blessing. I’m not back to normal yet, but it is wonderful to finally feel those muscles relaxing and starting to feel like muscles again instead of slabs of concrete.

It’s good when you’re really aching and need a massage
It’s good when you’re really aching and need a massage. It obviously doesn’t beat out a real professional massuse, but it does the job when you need it. There are circular massage balls that rotate and knead your muscles, and it works great to work out kinks. While it’s for your back and neck, I’ve used it on my hamstrings and quads.

Far from expected
I was looking for a simple heating pad for back. This doesn't put out much heat but OMG, those deep kneading things are great. Almost two hard, but move away or loosen and it settles down.I have many things wrong with my back. Mini spasms in middle of night are a bitch. Suspect this will help them and get me back in bed quickly.Just wish more heat

Great stress reliever!
Well, 3 of us have used this and it’s a unanimous YAY! Even the 4 yr old enjoyed the massage. It has a comfortable material and a comfortable design. The design is nice because you can move the massager up or down. So we massage our neck and shoulders too. Much needed relief! My husband liked that it has adjustable settings.

Feels like a resort spa massage. So relaxing!
This is a quality massage product. It feels like I've had a professional spa massage after 15 minutes. I would suggest not using more than 15 minutes on neck and shoulders while laying on back. This is a deep tissue massage and with the added weight of your body it can get too intense and leave you sore.It's nice that you can adjust positions of the kneading massage and move it around. My husband loves his gift but we may need another, as I've been hogging it to myself a lot. Lol
