Where have these been all my life?? My face is very puffy in the morning and I've been using this every day for a week now. I can see and feel a difference. I also roll my face at night before putting on my skincare products and I just love how it cools me down.Additionally I've been in physical therapy for some issues with my shoulder and the muscles in my neck. This ice roller perfectly works on my sternocleidomastoid muscle which gets really painful cramps and it helps a lot!

Truthfully, I liked but found it a little larger in size for my face. Reluctantly I returned.
