I absolutely love this thing! Super thick duffel bag type texture and very easy to move around with! If you- like me- get stressed out at the airport, I would definitely suggest practicing with it before you go to the airport, the first time can be tricky to figure out and it is better to practice for the first time in a low stakes environment lol

I have a Doona and made the mistake of purchasing this thing and didn’t measure it. I took it to the airport and didn’t fit my car seat. Don’t buy. If it doesn’t fit the Doona it won’t fit any car seat.

At first glance this car seat travel bag looks like an oversized gym bag so it is fairly small, definitely verify your car seat dimensions before ordering! I like that the padding is in every wall of the bag, and it seems like it'll cushion nicely. I like the different strap options - you can hand-carry it like a gym bag or sling it over your shoulder if you need to be hands-free. The little window where you can put a card containing your contact info is a nice feature. The zipper seems to be of decent quality but it kept getting snagged in the same spot when I was zipping and unzipping it several times, so I worry with a bulkier car seat it may not be up for the challenge and the last thing you need while traveling is a zipper to break and your belongings to get lost or damaged. Overall, I think this is a pretty good and affordable option for a car seat travel bag.

- side padding not rigidThis is a nice car seat bag with a decent size. The product picture gives the dimensions 27.1x12.9 inches for the opening. The other dimensions are approx.: 13 inches high, 19.5 inches along the bottom to the back, 12 inches curving up to the back, and 3 inches high in the back (not exact measurements because the bottom portion curves up). The material quality is okay and the stitching quality is good. The bag and the straps should all be relatively durable. There is padding on all sides (five) except the top where the opening flap zips shut with two zippers. The bag arrived folded and somewhat squished in a vacuumed plastic bag; it may take a little massaging to get the padding back into the right shape. Even so, the sides are not very rigid.(Opinion)I would recommend the Upcessory Padded Car Seat Travel Bag. It has a nice size and definitely gets the job done.
