If you’ve recently had your wisdom teeth removed, you need this ice pack in your life! I can’t even imagine going through the recovery process without it. After my surgery, this ice pack was a lifesaver. It’s not only effective, but it’s also surprisingly comfortable, making the whole recovery experience a lot more bearable.First off, the size is perfect! It’s big enough to cover both sides of my jaw, which is exactly what I needed. The gel inside the pack stays cold for a decent amount of time—about 30-45 minutes per application—so I didn’t have to keep swapping it out too often. The cold helps reduce swelling and pain, and I could really feel the relief after just a few minutes. It was especially comforting during the first few days when I was dealing with the worst of the swelling and discomfort.The fabric is soft and the straps make it easy to secure the ice pack around my face. No more awkwardly trying to hold an ice pack in place while I’m laying on the couch! It’s designed to fit comfortably and doesn’t feel too tight or restrictive, which is important when you’re already dealing with enough soreness.The only downside is that it takes a little while to refreeze the gel inside, but honestly, that’s a minor issue when the ice pack works so well. Plus, I just kept an extra one in the freezer for quick swaps, so it wasn’t a big deal at all.Overall, I highly recommend this ice pack if you’re recovering from wisdom teeth surgery! I love this ice pack! I use it for my shoulder injury and it completely conforms to my shoulder and arm with the help of the Velcro straps. Stays cold for about 30-40 minutes, which is great because I try to not over ice the area. I also like the feel of the material. I can wear this on bare skin and it’s not too much cold. Overall, the best ice pack I have had, hands down.

I have always been intolerant of heat. As a child I spent summers in my parents' basement (pre A/C; I'm 82). Over the years I've tried myriad cooling devices so I could be out and about in the summer or exercise at any time. I have tried a lot of products. My previous best option was a vest I constructed from mesh laundry bags, blue gel ice packs, and fitted sheet corner straps .This neck wrap is perfect. It has stayed cold more than the two hours claimed. It's easy to work with and stays in place during workouts. It is comfortable in many ways including the fit around the neck, the weight, and the soft fabric. But for the cool, I would not be conscious of it being around my neck. Not only that, it doesn't look weird as did my vest. I find no shortcomings at all.

Still, it has helped with my issue so much I bought a second one, so I always have a backup ready when I need it.

This is the first migraine relief cap I've purchased that makes sense. It's extremely easy to slip on my head, even with a ponytail. It provided pain relief quicker than the other ice packs I currently have in my freezer. It also stays colder a lot longer, compared to other products. I love the quality of the material, because it's very soft and comfortable. I plan on purchasing at least two more, because I find it to be effective and provide relief. I suffer from ischemic migraines, so it's important to have an ice cap that's not expensive, and I can afford to buy more. The material stretches, so it really does seem like one size fits all!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wish there was instructions. The Velcro trap is too large and I’m not sure what to do with the excess.

Best cold pack ever! It is flexible so it wraps anywhere you need it. The quality is superb. I have had my first one for 2+ years with no problems and I just bought a second one to have at work. It works wonders. It stays cold and comes with a plastic food grade bag to protect it in the freezer

We have purchased so many different types of ice packs for my husband to use over the years for his arms, shoulder etc. None have managed to serve the purpose they say they were designed for, until this one. It is the perfect cold for him to wear for 20 minutes. It fits great and he actually uses it daily, where the other products he hated to use. This one is perfect. It has individual cubes that move with his arm and mold around his arm. It stays in place giving him full ice coverage where it matters.
