This thing is absolute junk. One camera doesnt switch between. IR night mode and day mode without clicking it every time. Another camera has a red hue all day long. The power supply splitter that came with it didn't work so we had to buy a new one. The playback mode is very hard to synchronize. The alarms do not work to send to your phone... this thing has just been one problem after another. Installation instructions are not in English and there is no american support for this product. So not buy from this company!!

Cameras work good but hard to set up motion detection recording. Better instructions would be helpful. Had to use alot of trial and error to set up recording options. Cameras don't have the best night vision range but very good system for the price.

Was easy to setup still working on the networking part for remote viewing how ever I have it set up just monitor at home only for now. It was easy to install a hard drive. I think this will be just what I wanted at a very good price.

All you need is an monitor od tv with hdmi and you are set so far no problems.

Not quite sure if this is a great product or not due to the fact that it did not come with a CD startup disk. No one in their right mind would buy such a product that has absolutely no label name on it at all and I buy the entire product to include this CD boot up start disk. I feel like this company took advantage of me and I'm asking for a refund at this current time.

It's a very good value. The only thing was I had to buy a memory because it does not record, you can only live watch. Other than that I am satisfied, it got here quickly too.
