I was advised to buy this product as an additional supplement for Winter Depression.The spray is easy to take orally. It did help I think (along with magnesium tablets) to lift my spirits. It works I've always been low on vit d when I get bloods checked and used to get prescriptions. I been taking one spray every day for a couple of months and bloods are Normal.
