I've waited for over a month to write an honest review.I'm going to go with the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful.1st I can honestly say I can't live without this pillow. I can NOT go stay anywhere with our this pillow.There has never been a pillow in my life I can't live without untill now.That the bad part. Because I have to have it.When I turn on my side.It perfectly supports my head and keeps my spine inline.When I lay on my back it's amazing because it keeps my head perfectly inline and stable. Keeping my head from turning too far each way whether left or right.That's the good.It took me about a week to get used to using it comfortably. It just not what your body is used to. It takes time to get used to using but WAY WORTH IT.My chiropractor says this is the only pillow he would recommend to anyone.Now the ugly.When you first receive your pillow. It has an odor out of this world.It's a chemical smell. I went a few days without my pillow since I let my gf use it at her house and my neck went out of line and my neck muscle had a kink in it. Kink?I think you know what I'm saying.So when I got my new pillow in aka the same one I'm reviewing here.I used it without washing the pillow case that comes on it.The smell of the chemical was so bad. I put another pillow case over it. Idk and I'm not saying they spray the flame retardant chemical on it like they do new mattresses but it has known to give people headaches for weeks untill all the chemicals disapate.You can Google it and watch videos showing it come off the beds to see what I'm talking about. I washed it the next day in super hot water, oxy, and detergent. The smell goes away instantly. I don't wash it with anything else either. I don't want those chemicals on anything else.I noticed my pillow isn't as firm as my first one either because I think I kept the pillow case on and didn't give it the full 24 hours to fully expand.So if I was you take the pillow case off and wash it in super hot water first and then use the pillow after 24 hours with pillow case off in front of a fan is best to airate it.If you find the pillow a little too firm for your liking. Take the pillow case off that it comes with and use your own pillow case only on it. My gf like it with the pillow case it comes with then she put on her own cooling pillow case over it. I personally like it without the pillow case it comes with. I like the softer pillow yet still keeps my neck inline.The beautiful thing is that I wake up everyday knowing my neck will be ok. Verses in the past with other pillows. My sleep is more consistent and I don't wake up from discomfortable position.Two last bonus comments.You'll notice two sides of the pillow. One one side it has a bigger sides. So when you lay on your side it supports the head better. The great thing about this isOne side is great for cuddling. Enough space for your head to lay whole cuddling with your significant other.Last thing if you have a cat or small dog that likes to lay on your pillow with you. The media could not be loaded. I recently bought the DONAMA Cervical Pillow, and it has really improved my sleep. The pillow's design supports my neck and back perfectly, reducing discomfort and helping me fall asleep faster. The memory foam is high-quality and very soft, which I like, as well as safe, which is very reassuring. The cooling pillowcase keeps me comfortable all night. Whether I sleep on my back, side, or stomach, this pillow works great. Initially, you might find it a little different, but it took me a few days to get used to it. Now, I can't imagine sleeping without it. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their sleep quality as well as help with cervical issues.

Seems like a good pillow. I find it comfy and the shape hugs your head and keeps you in place. No real neck pain anymore.

Even though Amazon delivered the wrong size (twice!) I am really enjoying this pillow. I ordered the queen, but received the standard size. Amazon said they'd send me the queen size, but I got another standard. Oh well, I give up. I'll just keep one and return the other.As for the pillow .... I suffered a cervical injury from a fall and found it painful to sleep on a regular pillow. Even worse, I woke up in the morning with agonizing neck and shoulder pain. Then I started using the Donama pillow. After a week of getting used to it, the pain was 50% less. After 2 weeks of use, I slept soundly and awoke pain free. As a test, I went back to my regular pillow for one night and had a painful night. So I'm definetly convinced that the Donama works and I'm throwing out my old pillow.

It was meant for my severe neck pain which has greatly improved since using this pillow and my dog approves as well. We highly recommendThe gray part gives a nice and cool feel but for those that don’t prefer the cooling aspect, you can add an extra pillow cover over it and it will keep the shape.I love that you can remove the covers and wash them in the washer easily. I’ve had them for almost a year now, and the mould foam remains soft and supportive and maintains the original shape. The cover was developing a few stains from consistent use but I hand washed it with Jabon Zote in warm water and it looks brand new still.

I've had a ridiculously hard time finding a pillow that keeps me comfy at night but isn't 200$ I've trial and error'd dozens in the last 2 years. I do need a new mattress because i think i have an indent which isn't helping the pillow testing. My problem is that i wake up noticing the pressure spots on my skull. so i hoped this would fare differently. This was the only memory foam one, and it was recommended by a friend. Not as comfy as a high end down fill. But it's better than the poly fill ones that squish into hardened lumps, but i'm not a huge memory foam fan. The foam traps too much heat for me. That said, this holds my head in place as a back sleeper and doesnt lump up underneath my skull. But its also a bit too high and my shoulders ride up on it more than i'd like. I do like the firmness of the side walls for when i happen to roll to one side or another. My head and neck did feel great for the first week or so. But what i end up doing is just rotating this pillow out every couple weeks as I try something else.

5 starts. Since I purchased and started using it, I have slept with no neck pain and I sleep without crushing my arms underneath to keep pillow up. It stays firm. I love that it has a indentation in the middle that helps to keep airway open by keeping chin up. Large size. Good weight to it. Well not shift during sleep. I recommend.

so comfy!The cervical pillow is thoughtfully designed, great support, my neck feels much better after sleeping, worth buying!
