I've had a bag for about months, in an air tight container. Does anyone know if it would still be in date to use? Thanks.

You forgot to mention the number of months, but this might help. I stopped going to the gym because of illness and had my wey protein in a container bound with tapt to make it airtight. About 6 months later I made my banana, skimmed milk and chocolate protein shake in my blender---and it was perfect. If I had left it for around a year I would have dumped it.
