I bought them for the knife cut shape, they are good noodles, but no better than any other good one in a different shape. At what they cost, I won't buy them again.They also stick together like a brick very quickly after draining, so don't wait with putting them into your sauce/dish.

Eat noodles frequently. Have tried many kinds. These are one of my favorites.Just wish less expensive but still worth it.
