Excelencia de Pianno
Excelente! Hasta el momento el mejor piano que he tenido.

Great synth from Yamaha
Terrific synth. I’m a pro pianist and I’m very happy with it after doing research online first. Plus a friend has one. Bought used-like new and it absolutely was like new.

Very playable and portable, wish I had this in the 90's- weak spot are the Hammond organs
I have the 61 key version- it is extremely well made and fun to play. It is what music should be.The acoustic pianos and rhodes sound great, layering sounds are great. However, even though it is nice to have emulated drawbars and effects, IMHO the Hammond sounds themselves come up short. However, the speakers are very good - most 61 key keyboards do not have these. It is light.Another winner from Yamaha.

Good idea but keybed feels flimsy.
Update: i returned this and am trying the yc61. As they say buy once, cry once. For $900 I couldn’t live with the flimsy ck keybed.I wish they made it 5 lbs heavier and made this more like a 61 weighted keyboard.I have a $200 casiotone I’ve been playing for over a year. Maybe it’s just b/c I’m more used to it and I think that feels better than this. The other issue is the Yamaha gig bag price. It retails for $200 and isn’t any better than the $35 generic bags. The ck is slim and I was afraid the generic bag wouldn’t fit as well.

CK-61 feels cheap, looks cool, sounds pretty good
I just got it and have played for about an hour without cracking the book. The presets for live can be pre-selected which is cool. The keybed feels almost toylike but it is touch responsive. Default output sound is thin but there’s adjustable tone. The old style knobs are very nice. There’s a learning curve but you can learn enough in minutes to get going. I’m replacing a 1980s Korg 01/W but the CK is a toy by comparison. Nevertheless, this new keyboard is going to the recording studio for an album the band is doing. I think it’ll be fine.UPDATE: I have used this in the band and at home and after a year or so I upgraded the review to 5.

Poor quality audio
Sounds like a 90s rompler, very apparent high pitch distortion when playing samples, the key and organ engine sounds worse than the reface series too. Not the same

Fantastic
I've mostly played guitar, but a little bit of everything. This has some great tones and countless options. Great key action, its really a fun instrument, I spend at least an hour on it everyday, and have not scratched the surface on what this can do.
