Fantastic quality and price
I don’t ever normally write reviews but was so impressed with this product and company I had to!I wanted a high bunk bed so that my kids could also sit up on the lower bunk (turns out these beds are quite hard to find)I found this and after comparing to others went ahead and purchased.Delivery was fast and the driver was really helpful and took all the packages upstairs to the bedroom I wanted the bed in.Quality of the bed really is brilliant and the price for that quality is very surprising.I put the bed up myself (apart from when putting up the side rails) and was pretty simple with clear instructions.Kids love it and it feels very solid and safe.I’m really pleased with my purchase, thanks!

Great product, but, there are a few of these.
Beds are very sturdy and fairly easy to assemble, not quite rocket scientist but close and do not assemble on the hottest day of the year.. Great product. Driver/delivery man was extremely helpful, fantastic guy. Now the buts...They are very top heavy and ladder is vertical meaning you are leaning back, so please ensure you attach them securely to a wall. A well know UK DIY store sell 8 cm angle brackets for £3.39 (well overpriced) and I used 2 per upright. The brackets supplied may as well go in the bin.Pine is nice and thick but does contain knots. Some of these were very sharp, enough to slice a child's hand so check them out before assembly. As other have stated, some were slightly bowed but not enough to effect the assembly, again check before you start. We ordered the under-bed drawers and it was obvious these were not made to the same standard. MDF base was 1CM too short and would have soon fell through so I had to add extra supports on the inside of the drawer and screw the MDF to these from the underside. Draw castors are very stiff and barely rotate meaning the drawer goes in at an angle when stowed.Would I recommend? YES. The beds are a great product and much thicker than others from a well known Scandinavian store, we checked last night during the marathon maze walk.

Good Quality, Heavy Duty
Fab bunk beds! Perfect for adults, the quality and built is good but the instructions can be a bit confusing. You’ll definitely need two people when building this and a large cuppa. Overall a very happy customer

Great Company
This company makes some great and very sturdy beds. This is the second i have purchased from them and both whilst the instructions are pretty confusing if you understand the basics of how a bed should go together then your set. It comes in an untreated wood finish so anyone whom purchases has to consider also purchasing something to finish the wood with be it a clear wood stain or some paint.

comdition
bed parts arrived fast, but many in not good condition twisted chipped with missing fixings screws. although company sent out the replacement to eventually build the bed I cannot really recommend this as good purchase. building instructions are horrible to read and understand and you will have to stain or paint the bed as its pine unfinished.

After sales not good. Bed is very sturdy once assembled.
The bed arrived in 4-5 large boxes. The quality of pine is very good. Good thick, solid pieces. Obviously they are not trying to shave off on durability by using thinner pieces. It is knotty pine, not the more expensive stuff with no knots, but that was expected. Would give them 5 stars if parts weren't missing - the bed would be great value, provided you have time to build it. However its several weeks later and I am still not in a position to complete the build. This is certainly not a doddle to assemble, but the instructions are pretty good considering it's fairly complex. It will take several hours. 2 people are ideally required when you need to attach the side railings to the assembled head and footer uprights, but I managed on my own just about.Biggest problem was that there were 2 missing pieces of wood, so I had to abandon the build on the first day. I ordered the missing pieces on their website which was an easy process. However they took a week to arrive, not 'overnight courier' as they specify. I did order before a bank holiday, but it was still a good 4 working days before the missing parts arrived.I then discovered than one of the important connector bolts was missing. There should be 8, but only 7 supplied. I ordered the missing part over a week ago and it's still not arrived. The number of screws, bolts and other connectors you get (e.g. dowels) is rather random. In most cases they sent far too many. It's like someone has just grabbed a handful and said 'that'll do'.In most cases pilot holes are already drilled for the screws, but in some cases the instructions say that no pilot hole is required because the screws are self-tapping. Taking this advise I used the screws without drilling a pilot hole and the wood split several times. Fortunately these were not in areas on the bed where I think the split wood will affect the overall strength much, but always drill pilot holes, even when it says not to!So, I'm giving them 2 stars. It's now several weeks after the bed arrived and I am still not in a position to finish it!Would have been 5 stars if there were no missing parts, and at least 4 stars if their after sales service actually delivered the missing parts as quickly as they promise.

Quality bunk beds
This is a really sturdy bed. Good quality. BUT what a job getting it put together. Screw holes had to be drilled again and the groves on the ladder recut! New screws were purchased too. Just as well my son in law is a joiner or we still would be looking at the bed in pieces. He said the instructions could have been better too. I have taken away a star for this reason but the actual bunk deserves 4 stars.
