90s Marillion
Nice 90's Marillion album with some classy modern rock trax.Steve Rothery sounds a bit like the Edge on some songs.

Great value for money
Very happy with this cd. Good and prompt delivery. Nice little message from the seller inside too saying thank you. Nice touch that.

Beautiful, amazing, dynamic
I'm not a Marillion fan particularly. I bought this album quite randomly many years ago and have never bought anything else by the band, I'm usually more of a 'classic rock' kind of guy. But, wow, I love this album. From start to finish there isn't a dud track on it. It gives me goosebumps listening to it, especially the last section. Many Marillion fans hate this album, harping on about how commercial and mainstream it sounds. I suspect the music is not complicated enough for those who are used to eclectic songs with lots of random twists and turns and tempo changes etc. But for me, this album is full of good unpretentious music.

First Marillion listened to without Fish
The album has many songs which I have listened to 3 times now. Some tracks are an instant hit with me, other tracks will be "growers", they will need to be listened to a bit more to convince me this is a worthy album in my collection.

Be open minded
The start of the second phase not a rocker as such but crafted musicians for those who despise the mundane.

Really good album. Find vocals are haunting, uplifting and heartfelt. Epic sound on some tracks. Although the Fish era had some great stuff I prefer the new vocalist. Check out their new album FEAR which is stunning. This version has excellent bonus tracks cd with some good variations of songs.
