I purchased this product in 2023. Just this past month the mouse quit working and wouldn’t pair via Bluetooth. The keyboard continued to work great. I contacted the seller and asked if there was any way they would consider sending me a new mouse. I was just under a year from when I purchased it so to be honest I figured I was going to have to buy a whole new set. To my delight the seller responded immediately and said they’d be happy to send me a new mouse at no cost to me. It was here within a week and works perfectly! I’ve honestly never had an Amazon seller respond so quickly OR send me a replacement product so far from the purchase date with the amount of time that had passed. Highly recommend this product and this seller!
