This fits the roof and overhangs the sides of the caravan by about 250mm(assuming you get the right size).This is good because it covers all the main seals and seams on the van.Fairly easy to fit,don’t try on a windy day.Lightweight material and straps to hold it in place.you can access the caravan and compartments very easily.Keeps the roof clean in between trips,clean the caravan before 1st use.As we caravan in December we don’t put the full cover on till we get back,for the time it takes to put on the roof cover it is ideal between trips

Maypole 9265 DP Caravan Top Cover, 6.2 - 6.8 mDiscovered a leak in the skylight and caravan cushions totally drenched. I needed something quickly as I was leaving to go on holiday the following day. I bought it using Amazon Prime next day service and it arrived the following morning.So was in a bit of a panic and didn't have time to shop around and look at too many reviews (as I usually do). The gamble paid off and this cover is fantastic - the size and the quality of this top cover. It covers the top of the caravan and also covers the tops of all the windows. No more leaves and other debris on top now and the caravan can breath unlike with a full cover.It's very easy to fit with good quality straps that pull tight very easily and keep the rain out extremely well. Even through all the wind and storms recently the cover has remained intact and secure.I'd never be without one of these covers over winter again. Would definitely recommend this cover for the price and quality.

It was a bit faffy to put on because even though there was very little wind it still blew, but it went on, the straps are good and tighten quite well. Overall it seems to be a good quality and good value for the price. My only reservation is the material is quite thin and it's quite light (hence the blowing), I've had many a BBQ cover and the ones like this have lasted one or two years tops when the thicker ones are still going. I know it's not a bbq cover but similar idea. I'm alot happier now it's on though as very worried about wetness and frost getting into my nearly 20 year old caravan

Easy to put on (as long it’s not too windy) and was a excellent fit to our caravan.I think it is good value for the price.

Bought the wrong size to begin with and had no problem returning item and receiving a refund, I then purchased the right size.

I have read some negative reviews about this and cannot understand why, fitted this to our caravan last weekend (16th November) and unbeknownst to me we had storm Bert the weekend after as I don’t really check the weather, anyway after gusts of 55mph the cover was still intact, no rips or tears and the only thing that was wrong was the straps had to be retightened, which was understandable. Well impressed as I was thinking the worst and as it’s in storage was worried about it flapping against the caravans parked next to ours but needn’t have worried. Probably took a bit longer than it should have done to fit but it was the first time so should be ok next time. If you’re hesitant about buying this, don’t be, it’s a great alternative if you don’t want a full cover.

Good fit and good cover but left black marks all around caravan

Good quality plastic sheet, with strongly attached straps. Good buckles with protective covers. The cover is slightly shaped to fit the roof of a caravan, so not perfect for my camper, but it works ok. Just a bit flappy - a few more straps would have helped. I'm sure it would be fine for a caravan. Now to see how it survives the winter weather ... One year later - sadly, probably due to the flapping, there are multiple tears in the cover. So not a success for me.
