Beware: Junk
This case is a piece of junk. I have bought and happily used Otterbox IPhone cases multiple times, so for my latest phone I looked for nothing but the compatible Otterbox case. However, this model is nothing but junk. A two-component, will not snap together piece of junk. Not only will it not snap together, the material is not the quality of previous Otterbox cases. Selling for almost a hundred dollars, I expect better from Otterbox.

Does what I need
My only issue with this case is that while it seems sealed all the way around, it still somehow dust an dirt gets in near the front facing camera and speaker area. I cannot figure out how, does not seem to have a crack or hole. This is mainly just a picky annoyance for me. Other than that, great phone case for working in construction.

Definitely Water Proof
OK, I lost my first one in 257 feet of water 27 miles off of the Sebastian River…..Unable to determine if case was waterproof…..I drop my second one into 5’ of water off of my dock,it took a couple of hours to retreive and no damage to iPhone…..The only down side is that it is very difficult to see camera when in direct sunlight…..but I rather be waterproof……

Great case, unless…
…it’s a great case unless you need to use your speakerphone. The covers over the microphone sections cause people to not be able to hear you when trying to use the speakerphone. Otherwise, it’s great protection for your phone.
