I 100% agree with all of the harsh reviews of this product. Unless you are skilled with electrical work, and are highly creative this could be nearly impossible to install for the average person.The light comes about 50% assembled, you are required to fish multiple wires through a very tight pipe with a 90 degree turn that is not smooth (so the wire bunches up in the pipe). I devised a fish-tape solution with a rigid copper wire and electrical tape to force the angle through.This probably would not pass UL inspection because of the rubbing cables in a steel tube. I used electrical shrink tubing to secure the connections while removing a lot of excess wire. This will require stripping the wires and rebraiding them together.Once the assembly was complete the installation is simple. I rather enjoyed the functionality of the stainless steel cable for support is mounting point is something I haven’t seen before and works very well.I chose a 4” tube light bulb that worked nicely. This product was exactly what I was looking for to hang over my stairs because I needed the long wire to hang from a hook as the power point was offset.I could only suggest this if like one the other reviewers stated “you have the strength of an ogre and the dexterity of a surgeon”.

This chandelier is EXACTLY what i was looking for. I absolutely love it and it was half the price of the one from West Elm which made this purchase possible for me because i would never spend $300+ on a light fixture. I would have given it 5 stars however it took my husband hours of putting it together + installing. So he was pretty irritated but other than that it’s great. I need to run down to the store to buy new lightbulbs now.

Visually I love it! But my husband AND our electrician were unable to assemble it. I'm not certain if ours was defective or if the rest of the people giving this 4-5 stars are magicians. We invested 5+ hours and $$ on an electrician for it to be rendered useless. I requested a refund and the last response I got was to offer us 10% of purchase price to hire a new electrician or to have a different family member assist in installing it. I'm speechless.

Love this chandelier. Its beautiful and easy to put together. One thing to mention, it does come all the way from China-so shipping does take a while (still a timely delivery considering the distance)..nothing major but just worth knowing before you order. Instructions are in English but not great grammar so may be hard for some to figure out. We figured it out just fine.

This light is impossible to install. I was hesitant to buy it after reading the reviews, but thought we could figure it out because we have installed our own pendant lights and ceiling fans before... but nope! The instructions are two pages of images and look like they’re missing steps. Super frustrating because I was excited to hang this light!

Nice product, hung in our dining room. Also, good customer service.

Great price, great fixture itself. However, impossible to put together for install. Instructions are not clear.
