Good choice for me to gently relieve bloating

From the first night I took them they were active. I have noticed that if you don't drink enough water that they are less effective, but that is my own issue, not the product downfall. I will buy again as they are not harsh in anyway and I have found them to be effective.

I bought this after reading excellent reviews and thought it would be a great way clear my system and help me feel a little less sluggish. After 3 weeks I have noticed no benefits to me what so ever. Infact, I have now got constipation. I cann't remember the last time I had trouble with my toilet motions.. I am still eating exactly the same sensible diet, I have changed nothing. I have been taking these alongside Garcinia Cambogia which was equally rubbish. These are not the cheapest of products and I am very disappointed.

Follow instructions and it works!
As someone with chronic stomach issues I wanted something to help combat the bloat and make me feel better. Although it is early days these seem to be working. They really do help get things moving. The instructions about water intake do have to be followed or else they won't work as your body won't be hydrated enough to 'cleanse' properly. I have definitely noticed a decrease in bloat and an overall better feeling of wellness. It is early days but given the results I've had this far I'm feeling confident!

It's ok...
Works ok, very mild I think , will need to drink a lot of water therefore not sure whether the tablet is causing me to be thirsty or whether it's just me wanting to drink a lot of water ... not figured that out yet ... not sure if I will get it again

Excellent! Highly recommend!Great vegetarian colon cleanse product. I found this works well and gets things moving!! Not too hard or soft so just the right way to cleanse and detox. It’s a great addition to help feel cleaner and assist with weight loss without any side effects.

Didn’t work for me
Didn’t notice any difference to my body at all. Took for over 2 weeks two tablets per night but no improvement. Not saying it’s a bad product it just didn’t work for me

Regulates gently
I have tried a myriad of products and found this to be the most effective for me. It took just under a week to start working and drinking recommended amount of water is essential for me. I'm not using it for weight gut loss but to regulate my tummy and thus products works brilliantly for that purpose. Will jump onto the scales after a month and will add more info :)
