RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Manual (Operations Manual)

Very informative book about the flight, unfortunately many of the people who fly the machines have moved on since the book was published. However the machines are still the same.

Just received this marvellous Manual by Keith Wilson on the BBMF and the history and coming about of the flight. Some great photos of Spitfires and Hurricanes and other fabulous planes most notable the Lancaster in flight, and being maintained by the dedicated ground crew. A must for all interested in these war planes, and the love keeping them airworthy for future generations. If you want to see them up and personal then head down to RAF Coningsby where there is a great shop and tour round these planes.

A fascinating insight to the Memorial flight and its workings. I'll definitely be calling at their visitor centre during a short tour of this region later this year.

I had hoped it would have more content on the early years of the Historic Flight.

Great detailed book. Hubby loved it.
